The Advanced Centre for Empowerment (ACE) is an independent local NGO founded in Phnom Penh, Cambodia in February 2009. We provide education, housing, training and work experience to disadvantaged children and youth in Cambodia. We work with very underprivileged children and young adults from some of the most deprived areas of the country and attempt to improve their opportunities and livelihoods through the provision of education, health & hygiene training, personal development training, and work experience. In hopes to advance the abilities and opportunities of our Cambodia’s future leaders, disadvantaged children are taught life skills and English, and university students are provided with accommodation, leadership skills and taught English and life skills.
